Surrounded by famIly but feeling lonely and lost

I have a husband and 4 children but right now feel really lonely. Not sure why but wish I could snap out of it.

I think the worst kind of loneliness is when you can be in a room full of people and feel still all alone, have you anyone you can speak to. Though i myself am a great one for bottling things up xx

Thanks for your reply. I too bottle things up and have always been the one to cope and manage so I really don't know where to start. It is difficult to even admit to myself that I am not doing so well. I'm waffling so will try and go do something useful ...

You are not waffling, how you feel is important you are important. Regarding how i feel i speak to my doctor who has been a great help maybe you could speak to yours?
