Every time I get into a relationship I start to have a panic attacks and start to cry out of no were and that makes it hard for me to be in a relationship . Some time I even tell my love one that I want to die

Relationships can be difficult ( especially the relationship we have with our self).

They don't have to be.

A panic attack is just overthinking in the moment.

When you want a new relationship, relax, have less expectations of the outcome and you will have a better result.

Have you had negative problem with relationships in the past or is this generally just the way you are, if so, this can be normal, you lack confidence and because of that relationships can fail.

Take relationships in the manner of an interlude in life were you are introduced as a stranger, they like you have their own insecurities and most probably feel the same way as you. It takes time to settle down with people you do not know. I was the same because of my past life problems.

If someone is right for you, you will know it. If the relationship is going to fail, so be it.

I suggest you to remain single and build yourself up by loving who you are .. Take yourself on dates and fall in love with yourself again .. By doing that you will be more lovable to the other party and your relationship will be more likely to succeed
