Frightened

Asked begged refferalls then the wait then the wait then the knock back even though every reports contradict it's self I have a voice that freezes I have to many reports that state I'm emotional unstable ADHD was a drug addict to speed stopped that yrs ago drink depend sober 3 yrs told I have cirrhosis then told I don't 8times I'm forgetting remembering how I used to be I'm scared to ask for help now as when I'm in the syestem being passed around social service mental health as long as they say I'm in the system but none will actully help I don't want it I'm done I've lost the plot to much money invoked to give me the mental and physical help sorry everyone it's true

Thank you for your message. It sounds as if you have had a lot of difficult times and you have overcome many things. I am sorry that you are having such a bad time at the moment and are feeling frightened.

We are a supportive community, so our members may have more help and information that they can share with you. Perhaps you could tell us more about how things are for you at the moment.

You could try talking with your doctor again to see if there is more help for you. Do you have a support worker? Do you have any friends and family that you can talk with?

Don't give up now darlin. You prob dont know it but I have read a few of your previous posts and your comments and advice have often inspired me to get through the day.
