Hello ive been on 50 mg setraline for 5 days and felt amazing the 5th day then i started the 100 mg and i have so much nausea and anxiety and feel horrible im on day 5 now..
I have clonazepam to take with it to help with side effects but i feel high all the time and dysfunctional ... Idk if any of these r helping me or not but its only been 10 days ..

From my understanding it can take 4 to 6 weeks for sertraline to stabilise but maybe follow the link below to find more information that may be of help to you.
Your Doctor Ocean started you on a reduced dose then increased the dose, this is standard practice so you are following a well travelled pathway.
The reduced dose would have introduced you to the drug, the increase can make people feel under the weather, you need to let the drug settle down, about four weeks should see you a great deal better. Then hopefully you will continue on with that script.
Remember the list of medications is not neverending so you really need in the first weeks to give the drug time to work, In other words do not jump to quick if this is not going to your expectations, the main problem people suffer in impatience, an understanding because of peoples modern time expectations. Your Doctor would keep changing the drug and you may end up on the same negative pathway
