I'm afraid I'll trigger myself or someone else so I'll just say dark and heavy. Pam

hey, Pam!

I apologize this post was not meant to trigger anyone in a dark scary mindset! the purpose is I wanted for everyone to see how other people think about depression differently!

I figure it would shed some light on how people have different feelings, emotions, AND perspectives on it. Showing how we are all battling it with it differently

By all means continue. I don't want to go to my dark place, but I think it could be helpful to some and I will be reading the replies. Pam

Pam, always take care of yourself and avoid the posts and articles that you know will trigger you. As you get stronger you can always go back and read those items.

Take care.
