Just calm yourself and take slow deep breaths put your mind in a place that makes you the most happiest and take a short walk around the block or around your home and say a short prayer god loves you give all your troubles to him and you will get thru it ............ peace and love and I am praying for you my friend

You seem to be suffering Anxiety, have you discussed your problem with your GP?

If not make an appointment, wright out a list of your concerns, that will make it easier to remember what to say.

Have you tried Breathing Techniques, they sometimes work.....

So long as it definitely that and doctor ruled out all else you cannot die from hyperventilating, I have this and looked into a lot . Currently got dvd on amazon re this Do take time to look at it, called Buteyko method. I also use paper bag to get my balance of air carbon dioxide back on track when it’s really bad . Good luck
