Lethargy...

It’s been hard drinking so much water lately. It’s either I drink up or eat. I am going to start keeping a food diary. This way I hold myself accountable for everything that goes into my body. This anemia has really brought me down and so has the lack of exercise. It’s also amazing how, what seems to be a tension headache, makes life so miserable. Ugh! Anyways, have a blessed day and I am always open for suggestions.

Hi Lu23556,

I'm sorry you are having a difficult time of it at the moment. Unfortunately, the symptoms you describe are typical in anaemia. Check out this helpful information on the Patient UK website about Anaemia, as there are different types and causes:

patient.info/health/anaemia...

Maybe have a chat with your GP about your treatment and for more medical advice about how to manage your symptoms better.

Take care,

Best wishes,

MAS Nurse
