Out-Patient Therapy

Hey all! I just thought I'd let you all know that I will be doing Out-Patient therapy soon. For those of you who don't know what that is, it is the kind of therapy where you go in everyday for half a day. There are these programs in America. I was recently referred to a program by a therapist. I was surprised that she referred me because I do not have any suicidal or homicidal thoughts. As a matter of fact, I am in a better mental place now than I have been in the past. She said she referred me because I haven't seen a therapist in awhile and she wanted staff members to have a better idea of how to treat me. Also, whenever I find out I'll be receiving more intensive treatment, I always find a way to blame myself for it. I could blame myself for not taking enough medication for example.
