It’s back again!!! :-(

I’m in a bad way now with panic. I had it controlled and then I had abnormal lung test. The doctor said it is really minor and likely nothing, or it is extremely minor asthma and no treatment is even needed; but it sent me for a loop into anxiety again. I am now having an attack as I write this. It sucks right now.

Hi DustinS85, I am sorry to hear you are feeling so anxious. Please try and be reassured by your doctor when he/she advised you about your test results. Does it help if you occupy yourself with other activities so you don't worry so much about your health and do you have any strategies in place to help you cope with your anxiety? You will get through this difficult time and it is good that you have reached out to this caring community for support. My mind is hard to distract. I can say that....and I don't have anyone in my personal community to talk to. I do have a therapist though.
