Hi all
Hi Jo72xx and welcome to this caring forum. It is good to hear you have a loving family and one true friend as this often helps when we are feeling lonely and unhappy. It may be a good idea to book an appointment to see you family doctor and talk about how you are feeling. He/She will be able to help you and you will be able to discuss whether medication or a talking therapy such as counselling / cognitive behavioural therapy could help. If you live in the UK, you may like to contact MIND,the mental health charity. They support people with a variety of mental health problems. Their contact details are---mind.org.uk

We care about you on this community and our members will try and support you as much as we can. Please remember that you are not alone. In the meantime, if you are feeling distressed, please call--
The Samaritans Freephone 116 123 24 hour helpline 7 days a week.
If you live outside of the UK and you are feeling distressed, please have a look at the Pinned Posts on the screen [crisis support helplines]. It may help you to do a small activity that you enjoy to help increase your confidence. It may also help you to talk to your family about how you are feeling. I am sure they would want to support you. Please stay on the forum where you will receive support from other members. Thank you and best wishes.
hi, welcome to the group people here will understand you and be able to support you so keep posting. Tiredness can be a sign of depression so like the MASnurses suggested its really good to try and get support for it. Are you sleeping at all ? Sometimes our sleep is affected by our mood and vice versa.
Have you been able to speak with your friend or your family about how you are feeling? I am sure they would want to help you they sound lovely. Sometimes knowing that someone else is looking out for you can help. They might even be able to take you out, or come with you to the shops so that it seems more enjoyable and less exhausting.
Well done for still going out even though it is difficult. Are there any activities you do for you, that you enjoy, such as crafts/ hobbies/ sports? making sure we do nice things for ourselves - even if its just having a bath with smellies, or making ourselves our favourite food can help. Often when we feel low we feel like its not worth it/ we're not worth it so stop doing even the little things that show us we are worth caring about.
sorry sounds like a list of 20 questions - only answer those you want to!!
