Aww I'm sure everyone here can relate xx are you on medication ?? It's OK to hide for a bit to try and cope, its just when it hits the point where ya can't get back out that ya need to ask for help, even the that's difficult, some are lucky enough to know someone who understands and others have to fight to make ppl understand, think what I'm trying to say is if you need to vent do it here we got ya 👍

So sorry to hear that you're feeling like this. One of the advantages of forums such as this is the ability to stay anonymous, and that can help people who don't want to socialise. For how long have you been feeling this way? x
Hello RK, I also have difficulty answering the phone some days. I make myself do it, but it took me awhile to get to that point. I think I just got tired of finding excuses when people would ask where I was, no one is in the bathroom that much. Don't worry about your social life right now, it will come back. Concentrate on yourself and when you're feeling better a lot of things will fall into place. I saw a Doctor and meds. and therapy got me through. It takes some time and work on your part but you can get your life back. It is so worth the effort. In the interim you have us...we will talk to you, we will talk at you, we will spill it all, and we will listen. I would like to know , when you are feeling well ,what is your favorite thing to do ?, Pam
