Life sucks. I just don't want to be here anymore. My life hasn't been as difficult as some people but I'm just sad All the time. I am anxious constantly and it's just hard.

I'm sorry to hear that you are so sad, Daisy2001, all the time. It does take a lot of energy managing these feelings. How long have you felt this way?

Where would you rather be? Is there no one in your life who means something to you? Do they know how you are feeling?

Would it help to talk to someone? There are Crisis Support Helplines on this page. It is hard when we attempt to manage these feelings on our own, isolated from others.

There are lots of caring people here.
