OCD

Anyone with an OCD diagnosis have any helpful tips or wisdom? I have not been diagnosed but after a lot of research i believe i have OCD.

Hi

I have OCD and its been hard and can have big impact. But can get it well under control with right approaches. main thing is not to give into avoiding things imo. as then it will get worse.

If have contamination fears say, then make sure you eat off the floor or something. OCD is powerful and clever and you got to kick it sqaurely ine the arse before it can get its vice lioke grip on your life.

but it can be beaten or at least beaten into submission. Wish I had done that years ago.
