If you lock post so just people from mental health community can read,so it doesn't go on world wide web. When write a post the option for just community to view, you see a padlock at top of post. Hope this helps.

For privacy reasons. For example you have put your picture up so that will be shown anywhere on the net. Also all the replies will be too and many people don't like replying to unlocked posts. x

The goal? Who knows, maybe just to make a lot of money for big pharma.

But really, the better question is what is the goal for you? Is it a temporary crutch or part of a bigger lifestyle change?

I would try not to think about them too much, they rarely work in isolation without making life changes (that are difficult, I am not doing too well at the moment).

I hope that you work out where you want to be.
