Anxiety medication
Your doctor would be the best person to advise but there are over the counter tablets and herbal remedies you can try. Rescue Remedy do a range of different things you can try, I have used their spray and pastilles before. I'd say the spray didn't really do much for me but I know other people who've found it helpful. Something else I've never tried but I've heard of is St John's Wort. It was recommended by a therapist when I didn't want to take antidepressants although in the end I decided not to.
We are not supposed to recommend a medication. Your Doctor needs to see you and consider what your problem is and if you are taking any other medications that could affect you.
Considering none AD you could try Relaxation Technique Mindfulness, that may help. You can purchase on Amazon or some book shops.
Breathing exersises can also help.
There are various herbs that can help, although you will need to be careful on dose and also if you try to take them with AD medications. Talk to your Doctor

My partner has anxiety, and was put on Beta Blockers for the physical symptoms of it. This has helped greatly.
