I really dont want to take medication but im thinking i should for those who have taken it would you recommend it

It's always a question of balancing risks and benefits. If you have a problem that bothers you sufficiently and there is an effective medicine that is fairly safe then the decision is easy.

I would, it brings the light back to the end of the tunnel, I was on AD when I had post natal depression, came off them for a good few years (5+) but have been struggling again and had no hesitation in going back on them. They just make life that little bit easier.
