Hi, I'm new here, and this is the first time i've ever done anything like this, so not really sure what to type.
Basically, I have a constant feeling of dread, right in my chest, if you know what I mean, and I feel miserable from when I get out of bed in the morning, to when I go to bed at night. It has been getting progressively worse, and I've gotten to the point where I think about suicide pretty much every day.
The cherry on top is that I have pretty bad social anxiety, so I do not feel at all comfortable telling a relative, seeing a doctor, or discussing this with anyone. The only reason I am able to do so on here, is that I can maintain anonymity, and I am desperate.
Does anyone have any advice on what I could do about this situation?
