more people have been posting on this on anxiety and depression group but few past posts may help you. But to note every has different effects because of their own chemicals/substance inside and best to ask doctor who has wide experience

I have been taking sertraline for nearly a year, previously on venlafaxine for upwards of 10 years. I am weaning myself off sertraline now as it wasn’t helping my anxiety or low mood. I am now taking mirtazapene at night. Helps me sleep , but I am zoned out during the day and am struggling to have a conversation with anyone. Hoping this passes.

Sorry you are struggling. My Dr said 50% of his patients struggle to get a med that’s good for them. It’s trial and error.

Sorry this isn’t a great report on sertraline, but for me it didn’t help. Good luck
