Then bring someone with u who can speak for u to the doctors office. There aren’t any free websites.

That wouldn’t be possible as no one knows I feel this badly. Anyone who I have mentioned it too don’t understand how severe this is.
Hi, where are you from? If you’re in the UK you should have access to a local mental team.
Try a community health center and talk to a nurse and tell them. They’ll be able to help you. I told my doctor but I told my mother and sister also but I went to the doctor by myself.
It is a struggle for everyone. That struggle is part of what makes you stronger and your shrink will know how to put you at ease. Pam
