Hello I'm new here. Looking for a bit of peer support for my bipolar disorder. I'm taking aripiprizole, sertraline and propanolol. The meds have definitely contributed to weight gain but I've resigned myself to the fact that I must take my meds to remain well. I tried coming off them (without medical supervision) and had a terrible time of it. The trouble is the 5 stone weight gain has resulted in very poor self image and depression. Anyone else out there in this catch 22?
