Has anyone every woken up In Such a love a stress free mood? Today was one of those days, it is also my birthday, but as my happiness increases I constantly feel my temper becoming much more intense and sharp, does anyone else experience this. And any one have tips that can hold me sane through these times? 😩

Hello Watesie, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Try to hold onto the positive feelings. We all have ups and downs mood wise, even at what should be a happy event. You are alive, your life is valuable. Maybe these significant life events evoke difficult memories which may affect your mood. Have you tried talking therapies to explore what might be going on? Mindfulness is a good technique to learn to stay connected in the present moment, and helps anchor your thoughts from wandering.

What does anyone else here think? Time to celebrate Watsie's birthday!!
