I am so sorry you lost your Nan :-(

I lost mine a long time ago and I loved her so much and miss her still but she was old and ill and in pain and even though I miss her I am glad she is not suffering anymore

You Nan is no longer suffering and you have your memories of her :-) x

Hello, you can PM Me if needed

Sorry about your loss it is never easy, When we loose a Grandparent it can be a big loss in the younger generations. Are you able to talk to family members talking out this loss may help you move on accordingly. Memories and talking out activities etc will and help you move on. Did your loss just happen ?

Sometimes afer the funeral, a WAKE follows, these periods are sensitive although with the get together that help you move

I simpathise with your loss

Hello sorry I have not replied just been a hard week and yes it happened on Sunday, I do have family to talk to but I am just finding it really hard to talk to anyone at the moment. and I am trying to do things to help me but I just keep on crying at the moment. Yes I would love to PM you but how do you do it 👍

Sorry for your loss, sometimes family discussion at this time can be hard work at a time explained.

Generally over time after and during a Wake, you should be able to discuss the good and failings of the deceased this does help to say your goodbyes so you can move on.

However it will take time for you to move on, upwards one year.

If you are unable to discuss your feelings there are generally charities who may be able to help or even the Doctor may have an address of a Beareavement Councillor who will help you vent and this should help you move on, The best way will be for you to talk out how you feel.

I helped many relatives, who were going through the same problem the main problem is sorting out the deceased estate and property at their old home items bring back memories and sadness will be hard work although you will begin to file away those bitter sweet times you had together especially if you have Siblings or other close relatives of the deceased

I always found if the relationship was close and you assisted the person before loss that can help with your concience as you would have done all you had to help relative get through that final time.

I only had one negative period with regards my parents as the relationship was very stressed, given that and the fact I helped many of my fathers

family members that helped me move on and get on with my life.

If you feel the need here to talk out your feelings I am generally around

to chat

BOB
