Overwhelmed

Starting PHP(Partial Hospitalization Program.) on Monday. And I’m beyond overwhelmed and anxious about going. I’m not very good around people. But my anxiety is really something I need to work on. I just hope this helps. And I don’t have a panic attack while talking in group sessions..

Hi Overwhelmed and welcome to the forum. Well done for accessing this programe. It will help you so much. I am sure there will be other people on the programe who also feel very anxious. Could you speak to the programe leader about how you are feeling? They should be able to reassure you.
