Hi i been going though a ruff time it been getting worse and worse but today i hit rock bottom i feel like i cant go on i just wanna hurt myself i think i need help im sceard now. Please help i dono what to do

Thank you got an appointment this afternoon for doctors... I already hurt myself so dono what they do or say but i feel i cant go on...... I dont think i would kill myself just hurt myself

He/she will be able to help you and ensure you receive the right support. As capitalT suggested, stay on the forum to speak to others who can offer support and advice and remember that you are not alone. Also, call Samaritans UK 116 123 [24 hours a day 7 days a week] You may find it helpful to have a look at the crisis support helplines on the pinned posts section to the right of the screen. Also, NHS 111, go to your local accident and emergency department if you are feeling suicidal or if you have self harmed and are concerned about this.
