Suffered for most my life but only realised in my 30's, since then been on tablets & seeing specialists on & off. Recently feeling like I was finally tho it. Now I'm back to square one.

Happy to low
Hi, i'm back to the anger & just want to hide away so people forget about me
Hello Taffy66, Welcome to this supportive community. I'm sorry you're having a difficult time at the moment. Depression is strange beast, which can wax and wane over time, and can flare up sometimes when least expected! Reading between the lines, you've obviously been coping really well to the point that you've thought 'you're through it', so you do know that things have been better and although you feel you're back to 'square one', things can and do improve. Try to think about what may have caused this setback, and think about the strategies you have used before to get out of the rut. As you have begun to see, folks here are very understanding and empathic, and are very willing to come alongside with help and advice.
Take a look on the right of the screen at our Pinned Posts section and look at the Free MH guides. Also keep our International Crisis helpline numbers handy. Check MIND UK which has great information and a helpline to access:
Tel: 0300 123 3393
Keep in touch. We are here for you and listening.
Best wishes
