i wonder why something in or towards my back is hurting me ? maybe i’ve ruined something from all the pills ? should i see a doctor for it ? idk ....

My neck and shoulders are really stiff because of the constant anxiety I live with. And yes, if you are switching meds, then your lower back could hurt from that because your brain is connected to your spine. But also beware that living with anxiety also means being a hypochondriac, so you may be just worried too much...

I have been lucky with my doctors so far and they usually run all kinds of blood work and tests to reassure me that everything is alright with me physically.

well anxiety and the fact i’ve been taking 6-12 pills at a time for a year now and i’ve been feel sick lately ...

Yes based on this and your other post I think this perhaps stems from abusing your medication . Please don't seek help when it is too late
