i went to the doctor about my med addiction and all he told me was don’t do it again and gave me more meds ?! like what ?

Hello kw71716 and welcome to the forum and sorry to hear about your situation. You can get help to treat your addiction. Please have a look at nhs.uk/livewell/drugs. There is a lot of information on there. As sweetNsour suggested, if you feel tempted to take them, could you pass them on to someone you trust to keep them away from you? Please also have a look at the pinned posts to the right of the screen [crisis support helplines]and stay on the forum so you can receive support. Other useful contact numbers and websites are--Samaritans freephone 116 123 [24 hour helpline].
