I've had anxiety, depression and ptsd for a while now and I don't know what to do. It's gotten so bad that all I can think about lately is suicide.

hi, I know you posted this a few days ago and am sorry no one replied sooner but just thought id ask how you are now? Have you managed to tell anyone else except us on here? There are plenty of places you can get help - your GP/ out of hours/ A&E/ helplines like Samaritans and sane. please do reach out for help if you still feel suicidal. If you are able to tell family and friends then that would be great too as they may be able to support you if they know how you feel.
