Work anxiety and depression

Hey this is my first post!

I've been in my new job about 3 months and already had a couple days off with medical certificates due to my anxiety, but it's more then that now I'm working 30+ hours a week although hired to do 10-15hrs I am struggling and starting to make mistakes on my 5th day at work in a row and also looking after a small hobby farm alone so I'm exausted and recalling needing a day off?? What do you think as its Fatgers day and I still have to go buy hay see my father and wash my hair which takes ages.. The woes of long thick hair
