Hi it may be due to anxiety. I got it was convinced ther was something terribly wrong with me so googled it (know I shouldn't but hey) found out it's common in anxiety do spent the day breathing, meditating, hot showers etc etc to calm myself down and it worked the lump did eventually appear to go. If I remember it took a couple of days but did. Made me realise how bad my anxiety was .

However if you actually can't breath or if this doesn't work then book an appointment with your GP for peace of mind.

Friars balsam, it's an old remedy you pour into a bowl of hot water. Makes steam inhalation much more effective. Will clear it in a few goes, if not speak to your gp
