Searching + creating...

Don't look for happiness, create it. I've spent a lot of years thinking happiness was supposed to come to me, Where is my happy? But then I realised that I can't expect it to come to me, I can't search for this great happiness that is out there. I have to make it! Create it. I think sometimes we spend a lot of time thinking it's so far away, but really ~ Happiness is in our hands. Perhaps.

Nothing worth having comes easy. I totally get what you mean though. Its hard to try. That's why I take everything step by step. Can't rush happiness either 😉

Our natural state of being is happy. Unfortunately as life affects us, others emotions sit on top of our happiness, but it has never gone, it just needs to be found within. If we seek happiness from outeide ourselves we will always be searching. We just need to find a way to release the low emotions.

Hi Elliott Hope you're ok. I believe happiness comes to you & often when we least expect it. For me it's waking up with a wife & dog lying in bed beside me. Anything else I can either eventually get my head round or it gives me the drowning feeling & Im afraid I haven't learnt to cope with the consequences of that yet - but maybe some day!
