Maybe obvious but have you seen your doctor recebtly? I'm sorry to hear this.

Caz, have you had any medication lately or even seen a Doctor.? This is my first time post here, and I can relate to what you are saying so so easily. I'll be posting something similar later on today, but your post caught my eye.

I've been struggling with depression since as long as I can remember. I'm 33 years old. Recently I got professional help, and it seems to be working so far. I'm currently on Lexapro 20mg, and I'm also seeing a therapist.
