Hi Hollie, and welcome to the community.

It sounds like you've already taken good steps to getting help for yourself with the counselling. That can be a big first step, in admitting that you are not well, and that you need and deserve support to get better.

For general coping strategies, I would say stick at the things you enjoy doing, seeing the people that you enjoy being around... even if it seems too difficult and a waste of time. It serves as a good distraction if nothing else.

And never hesitate to speak to the folks on here - lots of good eggs with kind words and sound advice, as you've seen on your other post.

Hang in there - we're all rooting for ya.
