Hi you need to see a doctor as we can't diagnose you online. I don't think it means you are dying though!

I would suggest it's to do with your sleeping position. Do you tuck your arms up with the hands near the chin ? Try a few nights holding a pillow and ensure your arms are out in front of you with the shoulders not hunched. I had just what you describe and realised I was lying in such a way as to restrict circulation.
