I am currently experiencing an extreme low... I'm so depressed and upset and I'm starting to experience little panic attacks more often... im isolating my self from everybody and I find it hard to focus in school.. because of my anger problems I've been kicked out of my previous school and ended up in a new one... whenever I get angry- I get to an extent where my heart is beating so fast I can barely hear anything other than my heart beat and I feel like my heart will give out.....But anyways- I mainly experience an extreme high or a an extreme low... for the last year it was all a mixture of me being on top of the world and feeling worthless and actually a bit sucidal...( is this acc some kind of symptom/s of Bipolar or is it just my anxiety acting up?.... just looking for answers really because I'm tired of always being anxious and scared...

You've got to see your GP to find out what is really going on. Your description sounds like the bipolar phases, but only a medical professional can tell you. Do see someone. Therapy and/or medication could help you feel better.
