I've suffered from depression on and off for years. 6 yrs ago it got really bad that the doctor had me seeing them every month, we got it under control and I've been on meds ever since. 2 yrs ago it got bad again, and my husband decided to leave as he couldn't cope with it anymore with no help. For those 2 yrs we've had daily contact, but now it's stopped on his part, and I now feel how I did 2 yrs ago when he walked out. I just want to get better, I do different things to help get better but it seams like 1 step forward and 2 back. I hate it
