Hi, yes it's a difficult one that!! Catch 22 so to speak!!! I don't know if you're an aging to get out and about but you need to go for walks and find things to do with your time. It's really important to keep your mind busy. Do you have any hobbies or classes you would like to join? Meditation classes are helpful. Set yourself some tasks and make sure you do things that make you feel a bit better. Excercise really does help like I say even just taking a walk.

thankyou your right, that Jo was making me terribly ill lunch club in particular,I know its sounds silly but 30 noisy children having to quiten down quickly put an apenngloves hair net on and having to tidy up get everything done by one was horrendous

No it dosnt sound silly!! At least you know what you don't want to do now!! So use the time to think about what you would like. But keep busy in the mean time so you don't get too anxious and down about it. Youl get there don't worry 😁

If your boss thinks you are weak & stupid, you don't need to work for him. You were being honest and asking for help. That's ok to do. Give yourself a break. Not every job suits every person.

Always a good decision to go back to your GP , even a brief discussion will help, and you may get a more effective treatment that makes these decisions easier.

In general working and the social interaction that brings are positive things although you obviously don't want necessarily the same job back. Work environments do vary however and you might be lucky and find that a similar job in another environment works out well. Unfortunately it seems to me that although I'm now retired, most jobs these days involve more stress and are less enjoyable but I'm sure that there are still enjoyable ,more stress free jobs out there and I can only wish you luck and hope that you find one of these.
