I have had problems with anxiety and depression before and made a recovery but it has crept back. This time I am in a relationship while suffering and really struggling to find a balance. Its new territory for me and I don't want my mental health to end this beautiful healthy relationship. I just want to push everyone away but I know that's the worst thing to do. Has anyone been in a similar situation or have any advice?
Thanks in advanced

Hi i am one who has been pushed away , maybe not what you would like to hear ? My Partner of 6 years has had depression before , this time she has blamed me for her current mental health state . How strong is your relationship and how understanding is that person ? You should explain and maybe get that person to read your post to show how worrried you are ? Or talk openly about it ?
Google 'pushing partner away while suffering from depression' , loads of information available that maybe you could both read before its too late
