hi sophia22. welcome and well done for reaching out i know how hard that was for me. i can tell you im so glad i did as i'v made many people i would call friends. they have shared things with me that i'v been able to put into practise and given me encouragement when i'v needed it. and even just reading all the posts. i learn so much about myself. its even good to come and get things of your chest and everyone accepts us what ever mood we are in. iv had many laughs along the way too. i hope you get as much as i do out of this community. love grace xoxoxo
