Hi do you think you are suffering from depression? If so a visit to the doctor might be in order. x

Hi there sorry about the job, what happened ? Can you look for another job ? Or does your partner work and could he support you till you get back n your feet.

Have you suffered with Depression before? Sorry for all the Q's but just trying to help . A visit to GP would b a good idea.

Hi there Dtrail. I know how you are feeling. I am officially unemployed as of today. I was made redundant. I'm going to use this downturn as an opportunity to find something I would like to do rather than something I feel I have to do.

I am not without sadness about it,and a sense of worthlessness, but I won't let it beat me.

Here's hoping we can find something we love and pays well as a bonus.

Good luck in your search for a new job and I'm glad you've got a positive attitude.

Wishing you all the best. 👍😊

Thank you. I did have a good cry about it. It was not very productive but it was cathartic. It's an awful situation to be in and I really feel for you. Good luck with everything.

Wishing you all the best also.

Hi there fibropop, apologies, I was having an awfully anxious day yesterday when I read your response. Thank you again for the best wishes. I naturally thought that you were the original postee. Sorry about the mix up.

No probs.

Good luck 👍😊

Hi

I'm so sorry to hear this, it must be very stressful for you.

Have you contacted CAB and gotten some advise on what benifits you can claim etc? They are so helpful and I'm sure it would put your mind at ease.

Does your 18 year old have a job? If so could he help by paying a bit of rent?

If he's at college, does he have a Saturday Job? Again he might be able to help towards the shopping bill.

My girls, both got Saturday jobs and it does help.

I know the pressure on you must be great, but do try to get help and be kind to yourself. Even if it's just having a quite bath and relaxing with some music on. Try to take your mind off of it for a wee while at least.

Good luck and best wishes. 😊
