Not from Scotland either, I live four miles from the Border. Mind we still steal each others sheep and cattle.
We also kidnap women and set fire to fortified towers, hence the name borderriever. Lol

None of us can give you medical advice but share our feelings. I have health anxiety but also get depressed found fluoxetene is the best anti depressant. I sometimes feel like I am in a long tunnel with no light at the end
