a great podcast.  It's hosted by a depressive guy so he gets it.  It's helped me get through some of these dark days.

Ok, I'll keep this quite brief. I had very severe depression when I was younger. There were plenty of peaks and troughs, but always the trend of this rather erratic graph was upwards. The point I'm trying to make is that depression always gets better if you just hang in there and while doing so try to find various coping strategies. Exposure to sunlight is one as is exercise. I know it's difficult to get out of bed in the morning, believe me I know. However even a little very moderate exercise will feed into a sense of self-worth. It may take a while, but eventually you will feel better. Am I depression free, well no. However I only have the faintest echo of the depression I once had and this could be possible for you to. Hang on through stubbornness if nothing else and you will get through this. I hope this will be of help to someone
