Anyone got to sleep fine then wake up n can't get back to sleep and feel something bads going to happen

Your brain sounds like it's going at 100 miles an hour. If you really can't sleep try a new book or some up lifting music. 

An overactive brain makes worries and problems before there's anything to worry about. Try and catch it and redirect it before it has a chance with something calm and enjoyable and relaxing.

That is typical of anxiety. Go and see a psychologist and take it from there

I'm on sleep medication and it really helps. Maybe you could benefit from it too. Also lavender could help if you spray it on your pillow or something. Aroma therapy is another option and so is any relaxing sound like music or waves. Good luck :)
