Hi there and welcome, Have you just started your Meds? As I know at

The beginning the side effects can be nausea etc, but if so that will go,

And you will get used to them. Make a pet of yourself and don't be

A stranger here.

Hi there and I'm glad that your taking your Meds, they

Do take a while to work, but at least they give you that

Boost to get you back onto the pitch, hope you improve

Soon. Take care of yourself and remember we are here.

Hi there it's not nice to live with depression but like ypu I think this site helps, life is hard and so many people unwell, hang in there. X

Hello

If you are having problems getting up in the morning in winter try a sunlight lamp, that will help you perk up in the morning.

If you have just started a medication for depression and do not feel that well, you need to give them an extended period of time, upwards of five, six weeks.

Try concentrating the taking of medications in the evening, about an hour before bed.

Sometimes that may help. This will help control the feeling of being washed out during the day and evening
