I posted on here a few weeks ago about a new partner and them not understanding my bipolar.. turns out they weren't who I thought they were will I ever find someone I can trust. I am having a really rough time at the moment and this has just set me back even more.. at the moment I have to stop my pills for two weeks before started new ones and I'm so worried about it because I don't feel like I'm stable enough

Hi Emma, it can take a long long time to find the right person for you. They are out there somewhere and youl meet them when the time is right I'm sure. Just think about yourself for now if you can.

Thank you I'm just having a really rough time at the moment I have just found out that I have to have major surgery it just seems like everything is going wrong at the moment.. I am really trying to keep on top of things but finding everything very difficult at the moment x

Hi Emma, life is like that isn't it!! Trouble dosnt come in half measures does it!! I believe as hard as our experiences are that they happen for a reason. We can't always make sense of it at the time but youl come out the other side and build things back up again. There are lots of good people on here who will do there best to support you and get you through it. Do you have family support?

Everything happens for a reason but sometimes it just sucks.. ermmm I don't really talk to any of my family I only really had my grandparents growing up and they past away last year x

I'm sorry to hear about your grandparents. It makes things so much harder when the people you love and rely on are no longer around. We all have our own beliefs about that but I lost my mum and my sister but in my heart I know they're never very far away from me. It gives me strength when I need it at times. We are all stronger than we realise!! Things will get better for you x

It's ok sweetie, I'm just sorry I don't have more time on here. Busy working and trying to fit other things round it. I'm never very far away though. Il always listen if you need me x
