Keeping Focus

When we focus on the things we ‘can’t do’ beyond acknowledging either our limitations or in consideration of the challenges we are determined to overcome then we are in danger of being sucked into a downward spiral of despair.

However big the challenges we face they can be overcome, we do this by taking one step at a time, by seeing and being encouraged by our achievements (however small they may first appear) and knowing that every moment, every minute, every hour, every day is a new opportunity.

When setbacks seem to block our path we need to acknowledge them for what they are, safe in the knowledge that we occupy the present.

Every day we achieve far more than we give ourselves credit for and if we did so well today, just imagine what we could do tomorrow :)

Hello Mark

I was checking your earlier posts, it was twelve months since you were initially on site. It is nice to hear from you once more and I am pleased you have managed to pull yourself around from the situation you had found yourself in.

I wish you good luck and all the best for 2016
