Depression and how to survive it by Spike Milligan that was the first and best book I ever read on depression. Try to aim for books that have been written by other sufferers. I am currently waiting to get a book by Danny Baker called Depression is a Liar. If you go on Amazon there are loads of books out there or even a local library could help. Good luck in your search xxxx
