Hello, I just thought I would ask if anyone heard the how to have a better brain series that just started on radio 4. Today. It was on after the 1 o'clock news at 13.45 today. I thought it was quite good tomorrow I think it is about how anxiety prevents you from getting ahead or something like that.

Hope everyone's is ok

Hello David

Over the years I have wondered how to get a better brain, we all wonder that I suppose. Medical research has not worked out HOW, YET. Give them time. Saw a film on the TV that they were working on a head transplant

On the road tomorrow will try and listen after the news

Hi Bob, yes we all wonder that :). The program is about things you can do to improve your brain and tools I think. With research and all that.

I thought it was an interesting program, a psychiatrist had developed dementia and her daughter who is a psychoanalyst was providing her mother with evidence based suggestions which really helped her.

Actually it's kind of relevant to you in a funny way because she ends up getting and walking her dog which helps in a variety of ways. It's only a short program 15 minutes.

Actually I'll put up a link

Good luck on the road and I hope you catch the program.

Hello David have the link, thanks, I like the relevant to me, Hazel would agree with you, as would Pax, the latter has some funny ideas of His Dad.

We are are possibly having a staff outing tomorrow, Pax will tell us where to go, I would imagine the beach and woods will be high on the Agenda.

All the best
