Finally... Not that I am complaining at the health service or anything but they finally got back to me (After a grand total of two months) and have called me back in to discuss my mental health. Those who answered me in the first place in the past couple of months thank you so much for taking the time to help me find where I should go to get help. I owe you all quite a lot and I feel that I am at least on the path to getting some answers. So thank you, once again.

The long awaited answer...
Hi and I'm pleased you're on the road to getting the help that you need. I do not feel the services respond responsibly enough myself and 2months is a very long wait for someone in your position but well done for hanging on in there. Gemma
Hi I would complain if I was kept waiting that long too. Glad things are moving for you now though. Take care x
Thanks coughalot1! Hopefully it will all be sorted soon x
The appointment systems at the moment can be a problem and generally can take upwards of eight weeks before you get seen All I can suggest is when you get the first appointment take it and run with the treatment appointments. Try not to cancel an appointment and always attend

Thanks Bob, like I was saying I am not complaining at it, it sounds stupid but I just thought that they had forgotten me. But I am not even remotely likely to cancel as currently I have very little else to focus on. X
Hello ERAVI
No they have not forgotten you the system at this time can be stressed and depending on what treatment you are awaiting for, in the case of some operations you can actually be seen at eight weeks and you can have to wait after that for this extended period as they are in all intents and purposes sorting you out at a two month wait and the waiting time has been met. Depression is a real problem and generally they will try and give appointments as soon as they can, sometimes they can refer you to different pathway to get you seen.
One way you can help yourself is look out for a Mental Health Day Centre in your local area, you will meet people with same problems and sometimes they can have people who can sit down and give assistance.
This can fill in the hunger gap until you have your Appointments . I was involved with one for about six years and the support you get can be really good
