It wasn't the most exciting of matches but I'm glad Germany won! How are you Hannah? X

Hi Lucy I'm ok now. But felt Depressed today and couldn't shake it

Off. I know this Sciatica was mostly responsible. My GP has referred me

To Orthopaedic Surgeon to see what's causing it.

How was your weekend Lucy and how is your Mum?

Weekend was spent largely with Mum, but I made a couple of hours to take Joe and Katie swimming and for tea. She's not really any better, but possibly no worse either. Thank you for asking. I hope tomorrow is a better day for you Hannah xx

I didn't even know the match was on! I've managed to miss every single bit of the world cup except for about a minute when I was inadvertently on the "wrong side" on the TV. :) As you can see , not a fan!

Really glad though Hannah that it distracted you from your pain. It is good to have some relief if only for a few hours I know. Best of luck for today. (It is morning now)

Hi Hannah

Glad to hear you enjoyed the match which isn't my cup of tea. Instead I was walking 7 miles around Howarth - aching a bit still but feel good otherwise.

Sue I'm not really a football fan at all but watched

It to take my mind off the back pain. Glad your walking, I can't

Wait to be better and go and do my usual things.

Have a good weekend and be good to yourself too.
